How CasinoHawks Reviews Casushi
Here at CasinoHawks, we use the same process for each of our reviews. This involves a 6-step methodology, which you can read more about in our ‘How we rate casinos’ guide. We test each area and allocate scores based on our findings, which then creates an overall rating out of 100. Check out the steps below that I used to produce this Casushi review:
- I reviewed Casushi’s licensing, safety and trustworthiness
- I analysed the bonus terms and promos at Casushi
- I checked Casushi’s payment methods for smoothness and reliability
- I analysed Casushi’s game selection and usability
- I tested the Casushi customer support
- I judged the popularity of Casushi and checked UK player testimonials

Casushi Licensing, Safety and Trustworthiness
Checking the gambling license is always the first step in our review process. We advise those of you in the UK to only play at platforms licensed by the UKGC, to ensure safety and fair treatment.
At the time of my review, Casushi operated using a UKGC license (account no: 100050). This was issued in 2025 to the platform operator, Solaya Group Limited, who are registered in the UK and Gibraltar.
AGE RISK WARNING
18+ only. In the UK, the 2005 Gambling Act was created to define the laws on all types of gambling, including online. This legislation makes it illegal for anyone under 18 to gamble. The UKGC is the regulator and licensor, and its rules require license holders to check the ages of players during the sign-up process and refuse entry to minors. If you are under 18, please do not gamble.
Responsible Gambling at Casushi
I checked the safer gambling portal and found that players can set various limits on their account:
- Loss
- Wager
- Deposit
- Session
There is also the option to set a reality check, request a self-exclusion and take a time out. Casushi has a self-assessment questionnaire, tips to help gamble responsibly and links to external help organisations for further support.
ADDICTION RISK WARNING
Whilst gambling should only be viewed as a fun activity, for some people it can lead to harm. Identifying the first steps of this is crucial, here are some common warning signs:
-Trying to win back losses
-Losing track of time whilst gambling
-Borrowing money for gambling
-Feeling anxious or irritable when you cannot gamble
If you feel like you need some support and you want to talk to someone, we urge you to reach out immediately. In the UK, there are lots of free organisations that can offer help:
GamCare GB: 0808 8020 133 24/7, Wales: 0808 2819 265
GambleAware 0808 8020 133, WhatsApp and live chat 24/7
Nationwide blocking tool: GAMSTOP
My Rating of Casushi’s Trust & Safety
Here are the scores I’ve given for each step of testing:
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 5/5 | Casushi operates using a UKGC license(account no: 100050). This means that the site is regulated under gambling law in the UK and should meet fairness and safety standards. Please always be sure to verify the licensing via the official UKGC registry before you play here. |
| Brand Credibility & Ownership Trust | 5/5 | At the time of this review, Casushi had been operating for 6 years and is well-established in the UK. |
| Security Measures & Data Protection | 3/5 | Casushi has a UKGC license ensuring regulatory oversight of security factors. Specific details of protocols such as 2FA and SSL encryption are not specified. The platform states that payments are processed with PCI-DSS compliant methods. I think that more transparency surrounding these measures would help improve players’ trust and overall security reassurances. |
| Responsible Gambling Tools | 9/10 | Casushi offers the full complement of account limits, but risk alerts and gambling activity reports are unavailable. |
In my opinion, Casushi needs to supply full transparency on its security protocols
This would strengthen players’ trust and help to give peace of mind.
Casushi Bonus Terms and Promos
Offers are valid for UK players aged 18+ only. Full terms and conditions apply to all of the bonuses and promos. Please review these on the Casushi site before claiming.
Alright Hawksters, let’s take a look at the bonuses and ongoing offers for UK players. I’ll also be analysing the small print, wagering requirements and overall value.
BONUS RISK WARNING
The 100 free spins welcome bonus can be claimed with a deposit of £10, which then requires wagering in full on selected games. When you deposit, you must select the ‘100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash’ bonus.
Free spins are available on the Big Bass Splash game and are worth £0.10 each. The spins are valid for 48 hours, and winnings from these are paid in real money without wagering requirements.
There is a significant risk that you may lose money whilst trying to clear this welcome bonus. Full terms, restrictions and conditions apply to the offer, which we advise you to review on the Casushi site before you claim.
Casushi Welcome Bonus
During my review, Casushi was offering a welcome bonus of 100 wager-free spins on the Big Bass Splash slot. This deal can be claimed with a first deposit of £10, which then needs to be wagered on selected games.
You must opt in when you make your deposit, and the winnings from the free spins are paid in cash, without wagering requirements.
Casushi Promotions and Tournaments

As far as other promos go, my search ran dry. Casushi was hosting the Drops & Wins tournament from Pragmatic Play, though. You can play selected games and join the leaderboard, with a chance to win weekly prizes from a £250K prize pool.
My Rating of Casushi’s Bonus Terms & Promotions
Time for me to put Casushi to the test!
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Terms and Conditions | 4/5 | The terms are easy to locate and clearly written. They do include a max bonus cashout of £250 in the general terms which can apply to certain promos, so please read the small print of whatever you would like to claim first. |
| Wagering Requirements | 5/5 | At the time of this Casushi review, the only active promo was the welcome bonus, which is free of wagering requirements. The general bonus terms state 10x wagering requirements may apply to some offers. This meets the legal required cap for the UKGC. |
| Ongoing Promotions | 1/5 | Aside from the welcome offer, there was just the Drops & Wins tourney for existing players. |
In my opinion, Casushi should offer additional bonuses
Whilst there are wager-free spins from the welcome deal, extras such as free spins reloads, loyalty incentives or cashback could help to enhance the overall value for players.
Payment Methods & Account Fairness at Casushi
My research shows a minimal selection of payment methods. Casushi aims to process most withdrawals quickly, often instantly but bear in mind sometimes this can take up to 24 hours and depends on factors such as your verification status and payment method.
| Payment Method | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Pending Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa & Mastercard debit | £10 | No limit | Instant | In a few seconds or up to 24 hours |
| Trustly | £10 | No limit | Instant | In a few seconds or up to 24 hours |
| Apple Pay | £10 | No limit | Instant | In a few seconds or up to 24 hours |
| Bank transfer | N/A | No limit | N/A | In a few seconds or up to 24 hours |
FINANCIAL RISK WARNING
-Gambling poses a significant risk to your finances.
-Only play with what you can afford to lose
-Review your gambling activity and transactions regularly
-Gambling is not a way to make money, and over time, most players lose
-Set strict limits and consider your budget before you begin
-Online casinos have a house edge, which gives them an advantage over players
How To Withdraw From Casushi
- Click into your profile and choose ‘Withdraw’
- Enter the amount and your method
- Double-check all of the info
- Click ‘Withdraw’ and wait for the approval email
Other Important Information
The minimum withdrawal amount is £10, but you may request less than this by reaching out to customer support.
Documents and Information You’ll Need To Share With Casushi
Casushi may request documents from you at any time to verify your identity and address.
These will generally be:
- Passport, ID card or driving license
- Utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill dated within the last 3 months
- Proof of your payment method, such as a screenshot of your debit card, eWallet profile
- A selfie holding your photo ID
My Rating of Casushi’s Payment & Account Fairness
Smooth and easy payment processes and fair account rules are a must for a positive payer experience. Shall we see how Casushi lives up to expectations?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum Withdrawal and Deposit | 4/5 | Casushi supports £10 minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts. Though you can request a lower withdrawal via support. |
| Accepted Payment Methods | 2/5 | The selection is small with just debit cards, 2 eWallets and bank transfers. |
| Account Rules and Player Rights | 1/5 | After 12 months of inactivity, if there is an outstanding balance on your account, then Casushi will try to return it. If this does not work, then you will be charged a monthly £3 fee until your balance reaches zero or if you log in. |
| Withdrawal Speed and Processing Times | 4/5 | Casushi offers instant payout processing across its range of payment methods, but the process may sometimes take up to 24 hours. |
Casushi supports quick payout processing, and its minimum amounts are fair
However, those inactivity fees and a small range of supported payment methods are not great. I’d like to see PayPal available as well as prepaid vouchers.
Casushi Game Library & Usability
Casushi has a lobby with around 3,000 games that cover the genres of slots, RNG tables, Slingo and live casino. The platform also suggests ‘fresh picks’ and has a category for ‘Vegas’ style games. Pragmatic Play offers the lion’s share of the slots, with 500+ of its titles!
CASINO GAMES WARNING
-All games have individual rules, RTP and different rates of wagering contributions – please check these details before you play.
-We advise you to only play at casinos which are UKGC licensed. This ensures that the games are tested for fairness and offered by licensed developers.
-Gambling isn’t a way to make money.
-Please play responsibly.
Exclusive Games
I discovered one own-brand slot, which is the Casushi Branded Megaways, by Iron Dog Studio. This offers up to 117,649 ways to win over 6 reels!
Slots at Casushi

My Casushi review revealed 2,800+ slots, which gave me plenty of choice for testing. I got to grips with Hot Tuna, The Racaroon and Big Bass Day at the Races. The lobby is laid out with categories such as popular and new, so you can play trending and fresh games. Hacksaw Gaming are prominent for more uniquely themed games such as BloodThirst and Cash Crew.
There’s a good mix of jackpots with progressive games available from the Mega Moolah and Jackpot King range.

Casushi Live Dealer Tables
Casushi has a smaller-sized live casino, but there is some quality stuff to try out. I like that there are games streamed live from iconic real-life casinos such as the MGM Grand and Bellagio. I tested various tables of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker. My personal faves were 2 Hand Casino Hold’Em and Quantum Blackjack Plus. As far as poker sites go, Casushi is doing a great job!
Game Shows at Casushi

Loading the game show lobby revealed 30+ titles mostly supplied by Evolution and Playtech. This means there’s no shortage of classics like Crazy Time and Deal or No Deal. But newer shows are also offered, and I got to enjoy myself on Jumanji and Family Feud live from Vegas!
Popular Game Providers at Casushi
I think that the total number of software developers is about the right size for a portfolio of 3,000 games. This ensures a decent level of choice when it comes to themes, mechanics and bonus features. The most well-known studios are:
My Casushi Mobile Experience
Casushi has developed a dedicated app for iOS users, and there is also access for other devices via its mobile browser site. My overall experience during testing with each of these was positive. Chat worked well, and I was able to load the games easily.
My Rating of Casushi’s Games Library & Usability
So Hawksters, how do I rate this section?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Library and Navigation | 7/10 | Casushi has 3,000+ games with a good choice of slots and quality live casino tables. In my opinion, the filters are lacking, and at present players can search by name and provider only. A smoother experience could be achieved with filters or categories on theme, volatility or bonus feature. |
| Software Providers and Game Integrity | 5/5 | There’s a solid lineup of popular names and studios that offer more unique games. Casushi indicates that it uses eCOGRA for independent fair game testing. Please review this for yourself though, using independent sources to confirm the current status of testing. |
| Site Navigation & Design | 1/2.5 | Casushi has a bright and modern theme with simplified menus and links. Some desktop links were broken during testing, and the live chat would not load on the desktop. |
| Mobile Experience | 2/2.5 | My mobile experience with the Apple app and browser site was positive, but an Android app would tick all of the boxes. |
Casushi has a great collection of games that cover all genres and are independently tested for fairness!
More effective filtering options would make for a more satisfying experience for players.
Casushi Customer Support
I tested all of the available channels for this Casushi review and received rapid responses, though the live chat is initially bot-operated. It’s a shame that the chat isn’t available 24/7, and some of you may find this limiting.
| Contact: | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | Within a couple of hours | |
| Live chat | 09:00 – 18:30, 7 days a week | Instant or a few secs |
| Casushi | – |
Languages: English
Help Centre: There are FAQ’s, but these are very basic.
Other resources: I found an ‘Articles’ section on the site with a couple of guides and news items. But these had not been updated since July 2025. The Casushi Facebook account also hasn’t been updated since 2021.
My Rating of Casushi’s Customer Support
The scores are in Hawksters! Find out my ratings:
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Opening an Account | 2/2 | I completed this in less than 5 minutes, and the process was smooth and easy. |
| Availability & Response Time | 1.5/2 | The support is not available 24/7. However during opening hours, I did get my emails responded to within a couple of hours, and my live chats were picked up quickly. |
| Contact Options | 1.5/2 | Casushi offers chat and email, but the opening times are within business hours only. |
| Clear Contact Options | 2/2 | There are plenty of links to launch the support options, and the pink floating chat widget is available throughout the site. |
| Help Centre & Self-Service Options | 1/2 | The FAQ’s lack depth and miss key info such as minimum payment amounts, verification process and withdrawal processing times. |
The agents I came into contact with were friendly and knowledgeable, but I think that the limited availability time is a negative
The FAQ’s also need to be expanded to include all relevant topics.
Popularity & User Testimonials
At the time of writing this review, Casushi had received most of its ratings from UK players on Trustpilot (694). The overall score was 3.7, with 53% being 5-star reviews and 28% being 1-star reviews. I analysed these, and the general positive stuff from players surrounds the customer support, withdrawal speeds and friendly UX. The majority of negative ratings relate to a lack of wins on games and from bonuses.
Casushi states that it is licensed with the UKGC (account no: 100050), which suggests adherence to regulatory standards for both fairness and the integrity of games. Always verify the status of the license independently though before signing up. Whilst Casushi statistically has received mostly positive reviews from players on TP, it would be good to also see ratings across multiple other forums.
It’s Still Casushi- But Where’s the Sushi Gone?
I remember the original Casushi site being filled with Japanese-esque pop art images and California rolls. Yup, it received a rebrand and the operator made some changes including toning down the theme for a more mainstream look. Many more games were added for UK players, and smoother tech, but regular promos were removed.
In my opinion, the platform now seems quite samey when compared with some UKGC licensed casinos out there. For me, the main draw here would be the game collection and potential for quick payout processing. But bear in mind the lack of regular promos and the minimal choice of payment methods.
