Acceptance & Amendment of Terms
By accessing or using any Game Lounge-operated or owned website or service (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You accept these Terms by:

b) creating an account, or
c) continuing to use the Site after notice of updates.
Game Lounge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date.
Continued use of the Site following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a localised version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Lounge, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
a) your breach of these Terms;
b) your misuse of CasinoHawks; or
c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration conducted in Malta, in the English language.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or initiating proceedings in a small claims court where appropriate.
Modification, Suspension & Termination
Game Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of CasinoHawks or its services at any time without prior notice.
We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse CasinoHawks.
Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue in effect.
Third-Party Links & Services
CasinoHawks may contain links to third-party websites and services such as gaming operators, payment providers, or app stores.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Notice of Changes
Game Lounge may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means such as by email notification, site banner, or update notice prior to becoming effective.
Your continued use of CasinoHawks after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
