Paddy Power Review (May 2026)

Find out if Paddy Power could be the right choice for you

Paddy Power was launched in Ireland in 1988 with the merger of 3 bookmakers. Since then it has grown to be the popular brand that many of us associate with sporting events. But the green emblem is now a prominent feature when it comes to casino games too. In my Paddy Power review I’ve first-hand tested and analysed everything on the casino side of things, based on the info available.

How CasinoHawks Reviews Paddy Power

The CasinoHawks team of experts reviews every platform using the same 6-step process. How we rate casinos is a big deal to us, and we want to ensure that the information we give you is based on first-hand testing, enabling you to make an informed choice.

Here are the steps that I used for my Paddy Power review:

  1. I reviewed Paddy Power’s licensing, safety and trustworthiness
  2. I analysed the bonus terms and promos at Paddy Power
  3. I checked Paddy Power’s payment methods for smoothness and reliability
  4. I analysed Paddy Power’s game selection and usability
  5. I tested the Paddy Power customer support
  6. I judged the popularity of Paddy Power and checked real user testimonials

Paddy Power Licensing, Safety and Trustworthiness

Paddy Power is owned by Flutter Entertainment, and the platform is operated by PPB Counterparty Services Ltd, PPB Entertainment Ltd, PPB Games Ltd and PPB GE Ltd. The site has 4 gambling licenses issued to each respective operator by the UKGC (account numbers 39439, 39426, 39411 and 52819

I checked the background of each license and found on the UKGC registry that regulatory actions have been taken against the operators. These resulted in financial penalties and were a result of breaches of licensing codes for social responsibility.

AGE RISK WARNING
18+ only. The Gambling Act of 2005 makes it illegal for anyone under 18 to gamble in the UK. This covers all types of gambling, including at online casinos and betting sites. The UKGC is the regulatory commission that ensures that gambling laws are adhered to. All licensed operators must check the ages of players before they can use their services and refuse entry to minors.

Responsible Gambling at Paddy Power

Paddy Power has a separate portal for its safer gambling information and tools, which includes:

  • Deposit & loss limits
  • Time-outs
  • Reality checks
  • Self-exclusion
  • Budget calculator
  • Self-assessment questionnaire

I also found a range of tips and helpful advice to play responsibly, and links to many support organisations in the UK. I was surprised that AI software detection isn’t available for such a big brand. As well as further limits to help players wager and place max bets.

ADDICTION RISK WARNING
Gambling should be done for entertainment purposes only, but for some, this can lead to harm. Always check in with how gambling makes you feel and keep an eye out for common warning signs:
-Feeling anxious when you cannot gamble

-Chasing your losses

-Using gambling as a means of escape
If you are struggling, then we urge you to seek support immediately. In the UK, many organisations can offer you free help:

My Rating of Paddy Power’s Trust & Safety

Let’s see how the site fared:

What I checkedScoreWhy this score?
Licences4/5Paddy Power operates under 4 UKGC licenses (account numbers 39439, 39426, 39411 and 52819), however financial penalties resulting from regulatory actions have been issued to the operators for breaching licensing codes. Please consider this when assessing the overall safety here.
Brand Credibility & Ownership Trust5/5Paddy Power has been in operation for 35+ years and is now part of the recognised brand, Flutter Entertainment.
Security Measures & Data Protection3/5Paddy Power has a GDPR policy and states that it uses SSL and TLS encryption tech. The platform is ISO27001(overall security) and PC1 level 1 certified for payment processing security.
Responsible Gambling Tools9/10The platform offers players a range of limits and other tools, but these could be expanded to include a wager limit, AI detection software and personalised risk alerts.

Paddy Power needs to be transparent regarding its levels of security
I’d also like to see a greater range of account limits.

Paddy Power Bonus Terms and Promos

Offers are valid for UK players aged 18+ only. Full terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promos. Please review these on the Paddy Power site before claiming.

Righty-ho Hawksters, shall we take a look and see what type of bonuses are on offer here? I will also analyse the small print and give you an overview of the fairness and value.

BONUS RISK WARNING
To claim the welcome offer, sign up using our review link and use the code PGCDE1. You can activate the 60 free spins within the Promo Hub by opting in. 60 free spins will be available for use on eligible games. Please note that your 50 free spins will be locked into the first game you play them on. 10 free spins will be available in the form of a £1 bonus on Paddy’s Mansion Heist.

To claim the 200 free spins, deposit £10 and wager this on selected games.

All winnings from all of the free spins and £1 bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and are paid in real money. Free spins expire after 7 days, and only deposits using a debit card, Pay by Bank or Apple Pay will count.  All free spins are worth £0.10 each.

Exclusive Paddy Power Welcome Bonus

Paddy Power UK welcome offer banner featuring 60 free spins on eligible games with no wagering requirements and a 200 free spins first deposit bonus. The image outlines a 3-step process to claim the casino bonus: sign up, claim spins in the promo hub, and deposit/wager £10. Set on a green background with "Get My Bonus" call-to-action and official T&Cs.

CasinoHawks has an exclusive sign-up deal for new UK players of 60 no deposit free spins. Create your account using the link at the top of this Paddy Power review and the code: PGCDE1. The 60 free spins are 50 on any of the selected slots and 10 on the exclusive slot Paddy’s Mansion Heist (credited as a £1 bonus).

Next, you can claim a welcome bonus of 200 free spins on eligible slots by depositing and wagering £10. All winnings from the free spins and £1 bonus are paid as real money. Gambling involves risk and you should always play responsibly. Full terms and conditions apply.

Paddy Power Free Spins for Existing Players

Promotional graphic for the Paddy's Wonder Wheel daily free spin game. Features the brand's mascot, a prize wheel, and clear buttons for "Play Here" and "Full T&Cs." Includes mandatory UKGC compliance text regarding opt-in requirements and eligibility.

The Wonder Wheel gives existing players the chance to win free spins, scratchcards, bonuses and cash. It’s available daily, and full terms and conditions apply, as well as wagering requirements on some of the rewards.

Paddy Power Paddy’s Rewards Club

Paddy's Rewards Club promotional banner for the UK market. The graphic features the Paddy Power shield logo and text reading "Qualify for slots rewards every week!" It includes "Full T&Cs" and "Learn More" buttons on a dark green background, with footer text noting that opt-in is required and eligibility restrictions apply.

Players can claim free slot spins, poker spins or bingo spins in this open-to-all club. Your wagers on certain games at certain times will determine your rewards. For example, a £20+ wager on any slot will get you 10 free spins the following week.

There’s also the chance to be sent invites to live events, discounts on non-casino related products and other free things. Winnings from the spins are wager-free, and full terms and conditions apply to the club and its rewards.

Paddy Power Promotions and Tournaments

At the time of my review, Paddy Power were offering 50 Golden Chips for use on live roulette for a £10 deposit and wager. Along with welcome offers and other deals for poker players and bingo fans. As far as tournaments go, there weren’t any for me to explore.

My Rating of Paddy Power’s Bonus Terms & Promotions

Here’s where I dig deep into those terms and give my overall opinion:

What I checkedScoreWhy this score?
Bonus Terms and Conditions5/5The terms are easy to locate and use clear language. There are no hidden restrictions.
Wagering Requirements5/5The Paddy Power wagering requirements vary and range from zero, 1x, 2x, up to the legal required maximum of 10x.
Ongoing Promotions2/5I like the daily prize wheel, and it’s good to see a deal for live casino players too. The rewards program is intriguing, though a wager of £20 will give you 10 free spins. It’s not the best rewards system I’ve seen.

Paddy Power has fair terms and wagering requirements, but more promos are required!
Padding out the offering to include tourneys, bonus reloads, and cashback would give more value.

Payment Methods & Account Fairness at Paddy Power

My Paddy Power review revealed a wide range of payment methods. As well as cards, prepaid vouchers and eWallets, you can also deposit at PayPoints and in cash at Paddy Power shops.

It’s great to see the platform supports instant payout processing, as well as the fast withdrawal service supported by some debit cards and Pay by Bank. This could mean you get your winnings within an hour or so. Some of the minimum deposit amounts are a bit high, though.

My Rating of Paddy Power’s Payment & Account Fairness

Is it a home run for the betting giant, or did I hit any bumps in the road here?

What I checkedScoreWhy this score?
Minimum Withdrawal and Deposit5/5This ranges from £5-£30 for deposits and 1p to £10 for withdrawals, depending on the method.
Accepted Payment Methods5/5The full range is offered with instant options, including Pay by Bank
Account Rules and Player Rights5/5Paddy Power doesn’t charge account inactivity fees or payment fees.
Withdrawal Speed and Processing Times5/5Faster debit card withdrawals are supported, as well as Pay by Bank. Internal processing times can also be instant for some methods, with a maximum time of up to 24 hours.

Paddy Power scores a perfect 10!
I’ve nothing negative to say about this section of testing, though keep in mind your own experiences may vary.

Paddy Power Game Library & Usability

The gaming catalogue hosts more than 1,000 titles with a diverse selection of genres. As well as slots, there are live casino tables, scratchcards, RNG tables, Plinko, and jackpots.

CASINO GAMES WARNING
Playing games of chance with real money poses a significant risk of loss. All casinos operate with a house edge, giving them a mathematical advantage, and most players lose over time. We advise you to play at UKGC casinos to access games from licensed developers that have been tested for fairness. Rules, RTP and bonus wagering contributions vary per game. Please check these details before you play. Gambling is not a way to make money, but for entertainment only.

Exclusive Games and Own-Brand Tables

A grid of exclusive Paddy Power UK online slots including Paddy Power Gold, Gold Book of Luck, Gold on Tour, and Paddy's Wonder Wheel. Bottom row features Paddy Power Mystery Gold, Celtic King Super Wild, Golden Odyssey, and O'Reilly's Missus Gold Hit. Display includes branding for game providers Cayetano, Red Tiger, Core Gaming, and Playtech.

Paddy Power has created its own range of slots which you won’t find anywhere else. These include the likes of PaddyPower Gold, O’Reilly’s Missus GoLd Hit and PaddyPower Bonanza Fortune Play. The ‘Original Games’ section is where you will find all of the slots which are exclusive to Paddy Power. These include ‘first access’ to many titles from leading developers.

You can also play a selection of Paddy Power-branded live dealer tables. These include Power Blackjack Table 5 and Live Roulette.

Selection of Paddy Power Live Casino exclusive tables including Paddy Power Live Roulette and five Live Paddy Power Blackjack tables (Tables 1 through 5). The thumbnails feature live dealers at branded green felt tables, powered by Pragmatic Play. Each game is hosted in a premium studio setting with quilted green wall backdrops.

Slots at Paddy Power

I found a strong selection of slots, and strong attention has been paid to the quality and diversity. I got to play leading names such as Big Bass Bonanza and Gates of Olympus. But there’s also a steady stream of new titles being added, like Dead or Alive Wanted and Fire Stampede Ultimate. The filtering options are some of the best I’ve seen in a while! With new, volatility, RTP, bonus features, release date, theme and type.

Grid of popular online slots at Paddy Power UK, featuring top titles: Mister Moolah, Triple Action Cash Strike, Raging Gods Olympus 2, and Eye of Horus The Golden Tablet Gold Spins. The selection includes Big Bass Splash, Fishin' Frenzy Even Bigger Fish, and Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe. Displays branding for Blueprint Gaming, Games Global, Pragmatic Play, and Inspired Gaming.

Paddy Power Live Dealer Tables

Paddy Power UK live casino lobby featuring multiple baccarat and dice games. Thumbnails show Live Paddy Power Baccarat (Pragmatic Play), Quantum Baccarat (Playtech), Live Paddy Power Sic Bo (Pragmatic Play), and XXXtreme Lightning Baccarat (Evolution). Professional live dealers are shown at branded tables with various betting limits displayed, such as £1 - £100.

This section isn’t that huge, but like the slots, there’s a lot of choice of genre and overall good quality. The main categories are roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Sic-Bo. Standouts in the live casino, for me, included Crystal Roulette and Unlimited Blackjack. There are a few poker tables, but you also have the poker vertical on site if tournaments and satellites are your thing.

Paddy Power Poker UK dashboard showing cash rewards and daily freerolls. The banner includes a 3-step guide: 1. Download and install poker software, 2. Register and deposit, 3. Play for a welcome bonus. Also displays live stats with over 2,000 players online and an upcoming tournament schedule featuring Mystery Mini and Turbo Bounty Hunter events.

Game Shows at Paddy Power

In the game show section, you’ve got access to the exclusive Paddy Power Dreamcatcher and Paddy’s Mansion Heist. I also got to grips with The Bingo Spot and Wonderland Lucky Ball. With an overall size of 25+ game shows, there should be plenty here to try out.

Jackpots You Can Play At Paddy Power

Paddy Power Jackpot King progressive jackpot tracker showing three prize tiers: Jackpot King at over £4.7 million, Regal Pot (must drop by £35,000), and Royal Pot (must drop by £3,500). Below the totals are featured Blueprint Gaming slots including Fishin' Frenzy Even Bigger Fish, Paddy Power Even Bigger Bananas, Scarab Rising, Cash Strike, Paddy Power Jackpot King, and Cop the Lot.

Paddy Power has its own daily jackpots promo and also a couple of its own-brand jackpots. There’s a wide overall choice, and progressive jackpots are offered by Jackpot King, Red Tiger and the Age of the Gods series.

Popular Game Providers at Paddy Power

There’s a good choice of developers, and the overall lineup is the right size for the total number of games. This means that you’ll have access to different themes, features and mechanics.

My Paddy Power Mobile Experience

I tested all the mobile options for this Paddy Power review. There are native apps for Android and Apple users and the site is optimised for smartphones and tablets. I had no issue with any of the apps and the browser site gave me quick loading times, streamlined menus and easy payment processes.

My Rating of Paddy Power’s Games Library & Usability

So, what’s really going down in the games catalogue and how easy will you be able to find your way around?

What I checkedScoreWhy this score?
Games Library and Navigation8/101,000+ games isn’t a huge collection but the choice of categories and exclusive games is super. The first access to slots is also a nice feature and there are ample filters for a smooth navigation journey. Which results in a few more points awarded.
Software Providers and Game Integrity5/5There’s a satisfying lineup.
Site Navigation & Design2.5/2.5In my opinion, the site is easy to use, clean and the classic green Irish theme isn’t too in your face.
Mobile Experience2.5/2.5I have no qualms with this at all, a full range of apps and a mobile site is what most of us want.

The overall size of the lobby let Paddy Power down by a couple of points
You can also buy your lottery tickets as well as play bingo and poker, with one account!

My Rating of Paddy Power’s Customer Support

The overall quality of support I received was very good, but your own experiences may be different.

What I checkedScoreWhy this score?
Opening an Account2/2A 2-step process, which was quick for me, and there is a prompt to set a deposit limit and a security question.
Availability & Response Time2/2Support is offered 24/7, and my messages were answered in under 1 hour, with quick times for chats also.
Contact Options1.5/2Live chat is there (reg players only); however, I feel that non-players should still be able to ask questions before they sign up to any casino.
Clear Contact Options2/2Very clear, and the ‘Help’ link is prominent in all key areas of the site.
Help Centre & Self-Service Options1.5/2I found this to be easy to navigate with a simple search filter and min payment amounts, and methods are available. However, maximum withdrawal info isn’t offered.

For registered players, support is easy to access
With just a few tweaks and more accessibility for non-players, Paddy Power could have got the full house.

Popularity & User Testimonials

On Trustpilot, the overall score was a 3.8 (7,494 reviews), which on the surface isn’t too bad for a platform with over 30+ years in the industry. But these scores are 43% of 5-star ratings and 46% of 1-star, so a real mixed bag. UK players write positively about customer support, and there are some negatives relating to withdrawal issues and the app not working correctly.

Paddy Power, on the whole isn’t doing too badly with players, and I didn’t find anything incredibly worrying
However, all casinos come with risks, and I advise you to carry out your own research if you choose to sign up.

Paddy Power: Does It Have a Decent Casino Offering?

In my opinion, Paddy Power has a lot going for it when it comes to its casino games too. The variety of categories is excellent, and I always approve of exclusives and own-brand titles that give players more unique stuff to play. The platform also supports bingo, lottery and live poker play. My main niggles are the high minimum deposit amount for some payment methods. Also, more casino-based promos with better value may appeal to some of you.
