To be eligible, you must opt in to the promotion when you register your account and deposit £10 via debit card or instant bank transfer. Deposits made by any other method will not qualify. Wager £10 on casino slots and you’ll be awarded with 200 Free Spins worth 10p on Big Bass Bonanza. Any winnings then need to be wagered 10x before withdrawal.

The 10x wagering is in line with UKGC regulations and there doesn’t appear to be a maximum win cap which is a positive. Just be aware that only debit cards and instant bank transfers are eligible and keep your eye on expiry dates to ensure you aren’t caught out.

Unibet offers 24/7 live chat support and a comprehensive well-organised FAQ section that covers most common queries. However, there is no telephone or email support option which is unusual for an operator of this size. Interestingly, I enquired about the telephone service with a chat agent and was informed that they used to have call support but removed it.

The most common complaints centre on account verification delays, difficulties withdrawing funds, and customer support responses that feel scripted or unhelpful. There are positive reviews too, with players praising the games range, fast payouts when KYC is complete, and the ease of using the app.

A respected brand let down by its Trustpilot score

The negative reviews on Trustpilot shouldn’t be ignored, however there are still more positive ratings than negative. I’ve also taken into account the high app ratings which should be considered.

Is Unibet a good choice?

This is a genuinely impressive platform in almost every respect. The games library is one of the best in the UK market in my opinion, the live casino with its exclusive branded tables is a real standout, the mobile apps have high customer ratings, and the combination of casino, sportsbook, bingo and poker under one account gives it real breadth.

There are some areas of concern including the UKGC fines, the Trustpilot score and the lack of customer support options which are worth knowing before you sign up. However, If you want a licensed, well-established casino with quality game selection, frequent bonus offers and flexible, accessible payment options, then Unibet is worth considering.
