How CasinoHawks Reviews SlotSite.com
For all of our CasinoHawks reviews, we follow our ‘how we rate casinos’ process. This involves thorough testing based on a 6-step methodology, which you can view below. We analyse all the factors of each site and then allocate scores to provide an overall rating from 100.
- I reviewed the SlotSite.com licensing, safety and trustworthiness
- I analysed the bonus terms and promos at SlotSite.com
- I checked the SlotSite.com payment methods for smoothness and reliability
- I analysed the SlotSite.com game selection and overall site usability
- I tested the SlotSite.com customer support channels
- I judged the popularity of SlotSite.com and checked UK player testimonials
SlotSite.com Licensing, Safety and Trustworthiness
When I begin any review, I always check out the safety credentials of the casino, which should be clearly displayed at the footer of the homepage. For SlotSite.com, the operator is ProgressPlay Limited, who are based in Malta and launched in 2012. They are a white label operator responsible for many UK casinos such as Las Vegas Casino, Hippozino and Spinzwin.
Next, I verified the gambling licence. SlotSite.com operates under a UKGC license with account number 39335. The registry showed that the operator was sanctioned by the UKGC in May 2025. This was a result of breaches in licensing processes for anti-money laundering and social responsibilities. A fine was paid, and ProgressPlay took measures to address the issues. Please keep this in mind when assessing the trustworthiness of the casino.
AGE RISK WARNING
18+ only. The Gambling Act of 2005 makes it illegal for anyone under 18 to gamble in the UK. This covers all types of gambling, including at online casinos and betting sites. The UKGC is the regulatory commission that ensures gambling laws are adhered to. All licensed operators must check the ages of players before they can use their services and refuse entry to minors. If you are under 18, please do not gamble.
Safer Gambling at SlotSite.com
My SlotSite.com review revealed a detailed safer gambling section, which included helpful tips and links to external support agencies in the UK. There are limits for players to use, which include deposit, loss and wager. You may also set up a reality check, a time-out, or a self-exclusion.
SlotSite.com will help you to set a monthly budget, calculated on a net deposit basis. It’s also good to see that limits will affect all accounts across the range of ProgressPlay casinos.
ADDICTION RISK WARNING
Gambling should be done for entertainment purposes only, but for some, this can lead to harm. Always check in with how gambling makes you feel and keep an eye out for common warning signs:
-Feeling anxious when you cannot gamble
-Chasing your losses
-Spending less time with loved ones and more time gambling
-Using gambling as a means of escape
If you are struggling, then we urge you to seek support immediately. In the UK, many organisations can offer you free help:

My Rating of SlotSite.com’s Trust & Safety
After testing the foundations of SlotSite.com, here are my scores:
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Licences | 4/5 | The platform operates under a UKGC license with account number 39335. 1 point is lost due to the sanction taken against the operator in May 2025. |
| Brand Credibility & Ownership Trust | 5/5 | SlotSite.com was launched in 2019 and has been operating for 7 years at the time of my review. It forms part of a large collection of white-label managed casinos by the well-known ProgressPlay. |
| Security Measures & Data Protection | 4/5 | SlotSite.com states that it uses 128-bit SSL encryption and firewall technology. The platform is registered with the PCi Security Standards Council as well as being secured by Sectigo. 2FA isn’t supported, and there is a GDPR privacy policy. |
| Responsible Gambling Tools | 6/10 | A self-assessment questionnaire is missing from the safer gambling tools. Also, to review your gambling history you must email support to request this. |
A well-established platform operated by a recognised brand, but further work is required for the responsible gambling tools
A self-assessment questionnaire is a key tool for players in highlighting any potential issues. Also, a player’s gambling history should be readily and easily available.
SlotSite.com Bonus Terms and Promos
Offers are valid for UK players aged 18+ only. Full terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promos. Please review these on the SlotSite.com site before claiming.
Opening up the ‘Promotions’ tab on my account revealed all of the bonuses and other promos available for us UK players. You can claim any of these by clicking on the ‘deposit now’ button or from within your profile.
So without further ado, let’s check out the deals in more detail as well as examine the rules and terms.
BONUS RISK WARNING
4 minimum deposits of at least £10 are required to activate the 4 bonuses from the welcome offer. For bonuses 2, 3 and 4, you will need to enter the respective codes during the cashier process: WELCOME 2, WELCOME 3 and WELCOME 4.
Each deposit bonus and winnings from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x. For example a £20 bonus will require a total of £200 wagering (£20 x 10 = £200). All deposit bonuses will need to be wagered within 30 days, whilst the free spins wagering must be completed in 7 days, before a withdrawal will be possible. Different games contribute at varied rates towards wagering, or not at all. Please verify these before you start to play.
The maximum you may convert from a bonus is equal to 1x the initial bonus amount and £20 from the free spins. These amounts apply to a limit of 5 brands within the ProgressPlay network of casinos. This means that you cannot convert more than these amounts at no more than 5 other ProgressPlay platforms.
Please keep in mind that there is a high risk that you will lose your money whilst you try to clear this deal. Winning is not guaranteed. Full terms and conditions apply to this offer. We advise you to review these on the SlotSite.com site before claiming.
SlotSite.com Welcome Bonus

Well Hawksters, it’s not often I see a mixed welcome offer these days. By this, I mean a deposit bonus and some free spins. Here you could claim up to £150 and 150 free spins too. These are spread across your first 4 deposits, each of which must be a minimum of £10:
1st deposit: 100% up to £50 + 30 free spins
2nd deposit: 50% up to £50 + 30 free spins – use code: WELCOME2
3rd deposit: 25% up to £50 + 40 free spins – use code: WELCOME3
4th deposit: 50 free spins on Starburst – use code: WELCOME4
A 10x wagering requirement applies to winnings from the free spins and the bonus amounts.
Free Spins Offers at SlotSite.com
The free spins from the welcome bonus will be available on the following games:
- 1st deposit: Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe
- 2nd deposit: Gates Of Olympus

SlotSite.com Free Spins for Existing Players

SlotSite.com Bingo Welcome Bonus
The platform also offers bingo fans a welcome deal of a £20 bonus for a deposit of £10. This offer is only available for mobile users, and the bonus must be wagered 2x in 30 days on selected bingo games. Full terms and conditions apply.

SlotSite.com Prize Wheels
During my review, SlotSite.com were offering a midweek prize wheel and a ‘Weekend Wheel of Spins’. These wheels require a minimum deposit of £20 with a promo code to activate and are valid on certain days. You could win up to 500 free spins, with a 10x wagering requirement.

SlotSite.com Rewards Programme
You can earn points by completing ‘missions’ and climb up the ranks and collect special badges along the way. Your points could get you a place on the leaderboard, which may lead to more benefits and prizes. Whilst you can spend your points in the ‘Rewards’ store on bonuses, free spins, cashback and other benefits.
SlotSite.com Promotions and Tournaments
The rest of the offers revolve around free spins and bonus reloads, which were available during the week. For example, a minimum deposit of £20 could get you 25% up to £250. The platform also offers free spins reloads on specific games. Where if you complete a certain mission in a slot, you could get up to 75 free spins.
My Rating of SlotSite.com’s Bonus Terms & Promotions
After taking in what’s available, it’s time to analyse the small print and judge the overall value:
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Terms and Conditions | 3/5 | The maximum bonus bet amount is not specified. Some platforms operate without one; in this case, it should be made clear to players. I found the following terms, which some of you may find restrictive: -Bonuses and free spins have a max conversion of 1x the bonus or £20 from the free spins winnings. This amount is limited to a max of 5 ProgressPlay casinos. -Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for many of the offers |
| Wagering Requirements | 4/5 | All of the bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to 10 x wagering requirements. |
| Ongoing Promotions | 3/5 | There’s a varied range of promos as well as a loyalty program. However, these all require a deposit to activate and feature 10x wagering requirements. There are no wager-free deals or tournaments. |
Take care with some of the bonus terms!
I’d love to see some wager-free spins available as well as tournaments. Offering a good mixture of deposit-based and free stuff for players to claim.
Payment Methods & Account Fairness at SlotSite.com
I was pleased to see a wide range of payment methods during my SlotSite.com review. There’s an assortment of prepaid vouchers, cards, instant bank transfers and eWallets. Varied minimum deposit amounts are in place starting at a fiver up to £20. The latter is a bit too hefty for my liking.
The minimum you may withdraw is £5, and the internal processing time is up to 1 working day, which means that payouts aren’t processed on weekends or bank hols.
| Payment Method | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Pending Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa debit | £5 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| Mastercard debit | £5 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| PayviaPhone | £10 (+15% fee) | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Apple Pay | £5 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| PaybyBank (Instant Bank Transfers) | £20 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| PaySafeCard | £10 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| Payz | £20 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| Skrill | £20 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| Neteller | £20 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
| Neosurf | £15 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| PayPal | £5 | No limit | Instant | 1 working day |
FINANCIAL RISK WARNING
-Whenever you gamble with real money, there is a significant risk that you will lose
-Set strict limits and a budget before you begin to play
-All casinos operate with a house edge, giving them a mathematical advantage
-Only gamble with the money that you can afford to lose
-Gambling isn’t an investment, and most players lose over time
How To Withdraw From SlotSite.com
- Go to your account and select ‘Cashier’ and then ‘Withdrawals’
- Choose your method
- Enter the amount
- Confirm the transaction and await the email notification
Other Important Information for Your Withdrawals
You can opt for a fast withdrawal by using PaybyBank, but bear in mind that a 1% up to £3 fee will apply for each request. By using this method, your winnings will still face the 1 business day processing time, but once released, funds could appear in your bank account within a few hours.

Documents and Information You’ll Need To Share With SlotSite.com
Your details will be electronically verified if you decide to sign up here. However, the operator may require you to submit screenshots of your ID and proof of address for verification purposes:
- Passport, driving license or Military ID card
- A utility bill or bank statement, dated within the previous 3 months
My Rating of SlotSite.com’s Payment & Account Fairness
I had high hopes when I saw the range of payment methods available, but further testing revealed the following:
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum Withdrawal and Deposit | 3/5 | The minimum withdrawal amount is £5, though deposits can vary from £5 to £20. |
| Accepted Payment Methods | 5/5 | Fantastic range with instant bank transfers. |
| Account Rules and Player Rights | 1/5 | Fees apply to withdrawals by instant bank transfers and deposits made using PayviaPhone. The operator will deduct a £5 monthly fee from any remaining balance should your account become dormant after 12 months of no use. |
| Withdrawal Speed and Processing Times | 2/5 | Withdrawals take up to 1 working day to be processed. These are also only processed during the week, so if you make a request on the weekend or on a bank holiday, you will face a delay. |
In my opinion, SlotSite.com needs to drop the payment and inactivity fees!
As well as process payouts 7 days a week to give players a speedier turnaround time.
SlotSite.com Game Library & Usability
The games lobby is where you’ll find more than 6,000 titles ranging from slots, live casino tables, scratchcards, jackpots, Crash, keno and more. You can also access the live bingo vertical, which gives access to a range of rooms with multiplayer games for friends and tickets from 1p.

CASINO GAMES WARNING
When gambling, remember that the house always has a mathematical advantage. This means that while winning is possible, the odds are in favour of the casino, and you will likely lose money over time. To ensure a fair and secure experience, you should only play at sites licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).
Licensed games are independently tested to ensure they are fair and have random outcomes. Before you play, always read the rules and check the RTP (Return to Player) rate, as these can vary from game to game. Also, if you’re using a bonus, be aware that different games may not contribute equally to the wagering requirements.
Ultimately, gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. For support, reach out to GamCare.
Exclusive Games
If you are looking for unique access to games or SlotSite.com’s own brand stuff, then you won’t find it here.
Slots at SlotSite.com
With more than 4,300 slots, I don’t think you’ll have an issue finding something to play! My analysis showed a strong selection of classics such as Rainbow Riches as well as new stuff such as Big Bass Trophy Catch. There are many themes from ancient Egypt to the wild west, as well as varied RTP and volatility levels.
Demo mode is available on most of the slots, so you can give something new a try before making a real money bet. The only downside here is the lack of filters. At the time of my SlotSite.com review, I could only search by game name and provider.

SlotSite.com Live Dealer Tables
Like the slots lobby, the live casino has a lot of choice with more than 1,100 tables. As you can imagine, there are many roulette, baccarat and blackjack games. Standouts for me include All Bets Blackjack and Live Roulette directly from the Bellagio in Vegas. Poker variants are light on the ground, though there is a good range of Sic Bo and Bac Bo as well as Andar Bahar.

Game Shows at SlotSite.com
Given the huge slot and live casino lobbies, I was surprised to see just a few game shows. These do include Mega Ball, Spin A Win and Buffalo Blitz Live though at least.
Popular Game Providers at SlotSite.com
I tallied up more than 60 software developers, which is a fair number considering the overall size of the games collection. This gives rise to plenty of variation as well as new stuff hitting the shelves. The main slot providers are ELK, Inspired, eyecon, Play’n Go, Skywind, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. The live casino games are mostly provided by Playtech Live and Evolution.
SlotSite.com Mobile Experience
SlotSite.com doesn’t offer a dedicated app at the moment, which I don’t think is an issue for mobile gamers. I still got access to my account, the full range of games and promos via the mobile browser site. Loading times were quick, and navigation was made easy thanks to simplified menus. At the time of my review, SlotSite.com was offering some exclusive mobile-only bingo promos.
My Rating of SlotSite.com’s Games Library & Usability
I found the total number of games to be impressive, but how about the other factors in this section?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Games Library and Navigation | 8/10 | This score should have been a straight 10/10, but points are lost due to the lack of gaming search tools. |
| Software Providers and Game Integrity | 5/5 | There’s a broad and diverse lineup with well-known names and studios that offer more unique games, such as Nolimit City. |
| Site Navigation & Design | 1.5/2.5 | I found the platform to be well-designed but lacking a theme. It follows the same layout as many of the other ProgressPlay sites and doesn’t offer anything unique IMO. Some of you who prefer the gloss and 3D animations of newer casinos may not appreciate things here. |
| Mobile Experience | 2.5/2.5 | Easy to use, quick and offers some exclusive mobile bingo promos. |
A huge volume of games with loads of software providers, giving plenty of choice!
In my opinion, the casino could do with a shake-up and some modernisation. Also, more effective game filters such as RTP, theme, and min bet would make for a cleaner experience.
SlotSite.com Customer Support
Support is available 24/7 for those of us in the UK, and you can either send an email or pop onto live chat. The latter is operated by a bot, which I found difficult to get rid of and ask for a human agent. Your own experiences may vary though!
| Contact: | Average Answer Time | |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | Within 24 hours | |
| Live chat | 24/7 | Within a few seconds |
Languages: English.
Help Centre: Yes, this contains various FAQ responses to a range of topics, including verification, payments, games and bonuses.
My Rating of SlotSite.com’s Customer Support
Reliable, professional and helpful 24/7 support is what we all want, right? So, how does SlotSite.com fare?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
|---|---|---|
| Opening an Account | 2/2 | I found this to be simple enough with automated ID checks and a prompt to set safer gambling limits. |
| Availability & Response Time | 1/2 | My live chats were picked up instantly, though my emails were responded to on average within 24 hours. |
| Contact Options | 1.5/2 | 24/7 live chat and email support |
| Clear Contact Options | 2/2 | The ‘Help’ link and live chat are available in all areas of the site. |
| Help Centre & Self-Service Options | 2/2 | This was easy to use thanks to a search filter and covers a broad array of topics with guides and helpful responses. |
The help centre is a valuable tool, but the email response times could be speedier
In my opinion, an enhancement to the support experience would be some active social media accounts with messenger services.
Popularity & User Testimonials
At the time of this review, SlotSite.com had not generated any player testimonials in reputable forums such as Trustpilot.
This results in a 5 out of 10 score for fairness reasons
At present, there isn’t anything for me to assess and evaluate. However, I will be sure to keep this on my radar and should more testimonials arrive, I will amend this section.
SlotSite.com
I enjoyed my time reviewing SlotSite.com, and the volume of games is outstanding when compared to many competitor casinos. These are offered by a huge range of developers too, so you will find plenty of variation. The promos are impressive in my opinion, though they could do with a few wager-free options mixed in. I did find some negatives in the payments section, and take care with the max conversion for the bonuses too.
