Ice36 Casino Review (October 2026)

How CasinoHawks Reviews Ice36 Casino

CasinoHawks evaluates Ice36 using a structured 6-step methodology that covers key factors, which you can view below. For a full explanation of the rating system, see our How We Rate Casinos guide.

1. I reviewed Ice36’s licensing, safety and trustworthiness
2. I analysed the bonus terms and promotions at Ice36
3. I checked how smooth and reliable the payment methods are at Ice36
4. I analysed Ice36’s game selection & overall site usability
5. I tested the customer support channels at Ice36
6. I judged the popularity of Ice36 & checked UK player testimonials

Ice36 Licensing, Safety and Trustworthiness

Ice36 offers its services to UK players under a UK Gambling Commission licence (account 39326) issued to SkillOnNet Ltd, who operate the casino on a white label basis. SkillOnNet is registered in Malta, with company number C50024. Sister sites include Lord Ping, 44Aces and LuckyLouis along with 20+ others.

The UKGC took regulatory action against the operator in May 2023 as a result of social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. This resulted in a £305,150 fine, which was settled by SkillOnNet. Do keep this in mind when assessing the trustworthiness of the casino.

The site states that it uses the following security protocols:

• Data loss prevention system
• Antimalware systems
• TLS 1.2 – a strong encryption protocol
• ECDHE_RSA with X25519 – a strong key exchange
• AES_128_GCM – a strong cypher

Safer Gambling at Ice36

Ice36 provides cool-off periods, self-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks, a self-assessment questionnaire and links to external support organisations. The operator also offers its ‘SafeMate’ tool, which allows players to view real-time stats based on session length, spending, games played and withdrawals. Analysis is available via graphs and a risk score to highlight any potential issues. You may also set personalised alerts to help spot any concerning activities. The responsible gambling page is accessible from the footer on every page.

My Rating of Ice36’s Trust & Safety

Here’s how Ice36 scored across the four areas I checked for trust and safety.

What I checked	Score	Why this score?
Licences	4/5	Ice36 holds a verified UKGC licence (account 39326) but loses a point due to the regulatory action taken against the operator.
Brand Credibility & Ownership Trust	5/5	Ice36 was launched in 2019 and is operated by SkillOnNet Ltd., an established company that runs several UK-facing brands.
Security Measures & Data Protection	4/5	The site clearly states its security measures. No two-factor authentication option is mentioned, and no past breaches are reported in available sources.
Responsible Gambling Tools	7/10	Ice36 offers a variety of tools but is lacking some key financial account limits, such as loss and session. The site links to GamStop and multiple support organisations, and SafeMate is available for harm detection.

Bonus Terms and Promos at Ice36

Shall we take a look at the deals that are available for UK players? Here’s where I claim, test and analyse all the bonuses, including the wagering requirements and terms. So that I can give you an idea of value and fairness.

Ice36 Welcome Bonus

Ice36 matches your first deposit up to £25 with a 100% match welcome bonus. The minimum deposit is £10, and the bonus is credited automatically. Wagering is 10x the bonus amount, and only slots count toward this. The maximum bet while the bonus is active is 10% of the bonus or £5, whichever is lower. Full terms and conditions apply; please read these on the ICE36 site before claiming.

Ice36 Free Spins Welcome Offer

Ice36 offers a second welcome offer of 136 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza when you make your first deposit of £10 or more. The bonus code ICE136 must be entered when you make your deposit, and each spin is worth £0.10. Any winnings from the free spins carry a 10x wagering requirement, and the maximum bet rule applies: 10% of the free spin winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Only slots count toward wagering.

Ice36 Free Spins for Existing Players

Ice36 runs a Tuesday Prize Twister promotion. Players who deposit on a Tuesday receive one free spin on the prize wheel. Prizes include free spins, bonus funds, or cash. The offer is available once per Tuesday upon making a successful deposit, and terms for individual prizes vary and are displayed when the prize is awarded.

Ice36 VIP Club

All depositing players are able to join this 6-level program with tiered perks and rewards. You can progress through the club by collecting VIP points based on your monthly activities on site. I do find it unfair that you will lose your status if your activity level falls. Nevertheless, advantages may include a VIP account manager, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments, gifts and tailored promos.

Ice36 Promotions and Tournaments

Ice36 runs daily promos of slots tournaments with both freeroll and buy-in entry options. Freeroll tournaments are open to all players who have made a deposit. Buy-in tournaments require either a deposit or the purchase of tournament spins using your available balance. Prizes are distributed according to the leaderboard at the end of each tournament, and extra tournaments run during holidays and special events. VIP Club members have access to exclusive tournaments with higher prize pools.

My Rating of Ice36’s Bonus Terms & Promotions

Here’s how Ice36 scored across the areas I checked for bonus terms and promotions.

What I checked	Score	Why this score?
Bonus Terms and Conditions	5/5	The bonus policy page lists terms clearly, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, maximum bet rules and time limits. Restrictions are stated upfront, and terms are accessible from the promotions page and the footer.
Wagering Requirements	4/5	The 10x wagering requirement on bonuses and free spins is achievable for most players.
Ongoing Promotions	3/5	Ice36 offers daily tournaments and a weekly Prize Twister, and VIP Club members receive personalised monthly offers. However, the promotions calendar is limited compared to sites that run multiple reload bonuses, cashback schemes and themed campaigns each week.

Payment Methods & Account Fairness at Ice36

Ice36 offers standard payment methods, with 2 eWallets, bank transfer, prepaid voucher and debit cards. Skrill and Neteller are absent, and there are no faster withdrawal methods such as Open Banking or Visa Direct. The minimum deposit is fair at a tenner, though the minimum withdrawal amount is double this, which some of you may have an issue with.

Payment Method	Min Deposit	Max Withdrawal	Average Deposit Time	Average Pending Withdrawal Time
Visa debit	£10	Not specified	Instant	Within a few hours
Mastercard debit	£10	Not specified	Instant	Within a few hours
PayPal	£10	Not specified	Instant	Within a few hours
Trustly	£10	Not specified	Instant	Within a few hours
Paysafecard	£10	N/A	Instant	N/A
Apple Pay	£10	Not specified	Instant	Within a few hours
Bank transfer	£10	Not specified	Few secs	Within a few hours

Step-by-Step Guide on How To Withdraw From Ice36

1. Log in to your Ice36 account.
2. Click on your username in the top right corner and select ‘Cashier’.
3. Navigate to the ‘Withdrawal’ tab.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
5. Confirm the transaction.

Other Important Information To Know When Withdrawing

The minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfers is £50, and if you cash out less than £500, then a £10 fee will be deducted. I think this is pretty unfair, when most casinos don’t impose such high minimums or charge fees.

Documents and Information You’ll Need To Share With Ice36

At the point of your first withdrawal, you will need to submit your documents for KYC verification purposes.

1. A government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card)
2. Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax bill)
3. Proof of payment method (photo of the front of your card showing the first six and last four digits, or a screenshot of your e-wallet account)

My Rating of Ice36’s Payments & Account Fairness

Here’s how Ice36 scored across the areas I checked for payments and account fairness.

What I checked	Score	Why this score?
Minimum Withdrawal and Deposit	3/5	The £10 minimum deposit is standard for UK casinos but excludes players who prefer to start with smaller amounts. I think that the minimum withdrawal is way too high at £20.
Accepted Payment Methods	3/5	Ice36 has some gaps in its lineup with no Google Pay, instant banking options or Skrill/Neteller.
Account Rules and Player Rights	1/5	Ice36 will charge a £5 monthly account inactivity fee if you don’t log in for 12 consecutive months. Also, those bank transfer rules and the £10 fee are unfair
Withdrawal Speed and Processing Times	4/5	Verified accounts may get their payout processed internally within a few hours.

Ice36’s Games Library & Usability

Ice36 lists over 3,000 titles across slots, live casino, table games, Crash, scratch cards, Slingo, jackpots, keno, video poker and bingo slots. The total catalogue is significantly higher than many UKGC-licensed casinos. As for the filtering options, I found these to be lacking across all verticals. This made for slower analysis of factors such as RTP, theme, bonus feature, max win, etc.

Exclusive Games and Branded Tables

Ice36 doesn’t advertise exclusive games or branded tables unique to the site. The game library consists of titles available across the SkillOnNet network and from third-party providers.

Recommended Slots You Can Play at Ice36

Ice36’s slot library is varied, and there’s an assortment of newer and older releases. I really like that you can click on the lobby thumbnail to get instant access to the tech info such as provider, RTP range and volatility. There’s also a player rating for each game out of 5, which gives an indication of its popularity. Megaways slots have their own menu, and there’s a large chunk of these, including my faves of Monopoly Megaways and Gonzo’s Quest Megaways.

Progressive Jackpots at Ice36

I found the progressive jackpots selection to be impressive. Here’s where you can wager on titles from Jackpot King, DreamDrop, Mega Moolah and KingMillions. Divine Fortune is also here, which is a more classic jackpot but still worth trying out even now.

Live Dealer Tables Available at Ice36

Ice36 offers a good spread of live casino games which you can filter by blackjack, roulette, other live games and baccarat. I like that you can play at tables from real-life casinos such as the Genting venues for an authentic touch. It’s good to see Evolution and Pragmatic Play as well as Playtech too, giving a wide choice. This means top-tier tables like Live Speed Roulette and plenty of VIP tables for the higher rollers out there.

Game Shows at Ice36

Ice36 includes plenty of game shows, with a great mix of older and newer titles. Once again, Playtech is here, so this means a variety of titles such as Celebrity Trivia, Spin A Win Wild and Jumanji The Bonus Level. You’ve also got Dream Catcher and Crazy Time if you prefer the more classic-styled game shows.

Popular Game Providers at Ice36

Ice36 works with a multitude of developers, though a filter for these is missing, unfortunately. The most notable slot providers are Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw and Stakelogic. Whilst live dealer tables are powered by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech.

Mobile Experience at Ice36

Ice36 is fully responsive and adapts to mobile browsers. Dedicated mobile apps are available for iOS and Android. I found that all of these options loaded quickly and provided access to the full game library, account settings, cashier, and customer support. Filters and search functions work the same way as on desktop, and the layout is clean with buttons large enough for easy navigation on smaller screens.

My Rating of Ice36’s Games Library & Usability

Here’s how Ice36 scored across the areas I checked for its games library and usability.

What I checked	Score	Why this score?
Games Library and Navigation	6/10	Ice36 offers a huge gaming portfolio with many different genres. But the site lacks personalised recommendations and advanced filtering by RTP or volatility.
Software Providers and Game Integrity	5/5	Ice36 works with Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, and Yggdrasil. All providers are licensed and audited, and live casino coverage is strong.
Site Navigation & Design	1/2.5	The site uses a clean layout with a top navigation bar, sidebar categories, and a footer with quick links. The design is outdated, though it’s easy to use.
Mobile Experience	2/2.5	The mobile site and apps are fully responsive and provide smooth access to all features.

Ice36’s Customer Support

Ice36 provides both email and live chat support but within restricted hours. This means if you have an issue through the night, then you’ll need to wait until 6 am to get hold of someone to help out. I found the live chat easy to use, though this is available for logged-in players only.

Contact	Details	Average Answer Time
Email	[email protected]	Within 24 hours
Live chat	Available from 06:00-00:00 GMT	A few moments

Languages: English

Help Centre: FAQ’s are accessible from the footer and contain sections on account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gambling.

Other resources: There is a blog focusing on slots and live casino games, but at the time of my review, Ice36 had not updated this for a few years.

My Rating of Ice36’s Customer Support

Here’s how Ice36 scored across the areas I checked for customer support.

What I checked	Score	Why this score?
Opening an Account	2/2	The account registration process is straightforward and takes under five minutes. If you have an account at another SkillOnNet casino, then you can opt for a Quick Registration form instead.
Availability & Response Time	1/2	Email responses are inconsistent, and I had to wait up to 24 hours. However, the live chat is quick to connect to an agent but not available to non-players.
Contact Options	1.5/2	Ice36 offers email support and live chat. No telephone support is available.
Clear Contact Options	2/2	The email address is listed in the help centre and footer, and contact options are easy to find.
Help Centre & Self-Service Options	1.5/2	The FAQ section is adequate but lacks depth on some topics such as payment method limits and game contribution rates, and no automated chat or detailed KYC troubleshooting is provided.

Popularity & User Testimonials

Ice36 receives largely negative feedback from users. Trustpilot reviews mention withdrawal difficulties, unresponsive customer support and account restrictions without explanation. Multiple users report being unable to access winnings and experiencing verification delays. Some reviewers describe email responses as automated or unhelpful. Reddit discussions include complaints about bonus fund conversions that trap real money and technical issues such as game freezing. A minority of users report successful withdrawals and praise the game selection, though they note that verification and payout processes can be slow.

Is Ice36 Worth A Look?

Ice36 is easy to navigate, and the mobile experience is solid. Payment methods include PayPal and Trustly, and the VIP Club provides faster payouts for active players. The main weaknesses are poor user feedback, non 24/7 customer support, and fees for bank transfers. Based on this analysis, Ice36 is a regulated option for UK players who want a large game selection and straightforward bonus terms, but the negative sentiment and support issues make it difficult to recommend without reservations.

Other Casinos To Play at if You Like Ice36

If you’re exploring Ice36, you may also want to consider reading our reviews on Prime Casino, WinningKings, and PlayOJO. All three operate under the same SkillOnNet Ltd. licence and offer similar game libraries, payment methods, and bonus structures.
