I had to dig in the main bonus policy for these. 24 hours is quite a tight timeframe in my opinion. With players being left to keep track of the lowest amount (either 10% of the bonus, min 10p or £5). Other Important Information for Your Withdrawals

Take care when requesting a standard bank transfer as the minimum for this is £50. If you withdraw less than £500 using this method, you will receive a £10 fee. My Rating of LuckyLouis Payment & Account Fairness

I found the payment processes to be easy enough, and I was able to complete them in a few steps. But how about the rest of the picture?

Also, I think that the £10 fee for wire transfer withdrawals less than £500 is unfair, but it is clearly stated at least.

LuckyLouis Game Library & Usability 

My review of the LuckyLouis gaming collection revealed a smaller choice of around 500 titles. These include slots, live dealer games, Slingo, RNG tables and jackpots. 

Did I Find Any Exclusive Games?

Nope, there was nothing own-brand or any exclusive access slots available during my analysis. This may put those of you off who enjoy playing unique stuff. 

LuckyLouis Slots

There’s a nice variation of themes in the slots lobby, with the popular Egyptian games such as Book of Dead and the underwater classic Big Bass range. I like the ‘most popular’ section and LuckyLouis also has a good choice of Megaways and new slots. My navigation wasn’t easy, due to a lack of filters for provider, theme, RTP, etc. There isn’t a jackpot category so you will need to manually search for these. 

LuckyLouis Live Dealer Tables

The live casino is on the small side, but attention has been paid to the genres and quality of tables. This means you will find various poker, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and dice games. 

I was happy to see tables live-streamed from real-life land-based casinos, for an authentic feel. These include Genting Casino and the Dragonara in Malta. Also, the betting ranges are varied, so there should be something to suit most budgets. Once again, the filtering options are lacking. 

Game Shows You Can Play at LuckyLouis

The game shows are mixed in with the other live casino tables, which made it tricky to analyse the collection. Nevertheless, despite being a smaller platform, popular titles are offered. This means access to Funky Time, The Bingo Spot, Sticky Bandits Roulette, Treasure Island and Jumanji.

The software developers are quite a tight collection, but considering the overall size of the lobby, this is no bad thing. You will at least be able to play games from popular brands such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Reel Kingdom and Play’n Go. The live dealer tables are powered by Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play Live.

LuckyLouis Mobile Experience 

LuckyLouis has a choice of access for mobile casino players, with its 2 apps (iOS & Android) or mobile browser site. During testing, I found the apps gave a more professional feel and logging in was easier. The browser site performed best on Google Chrome, though navigational lags did occur.

The overall score is 2.5 out of a possible 5, with 59% of players leaving a 1-star rating. After assessing the comments, users speak positively about the platform design, customer support and games collection. On the other hand, negative remarks generally relate to slow withdrawals and verifications and also the lack of bonuses.

LuckyLouis: My Conclusion 

There are some positives to chew over here, and these include the mobile apps, chance of a quick withdrawal and the payment methods. The games that are available are quality, but there just aren’t enough for my own tastes. It’s a simple set-up at LuckyLouis which may suit new players, but the lack of promos may also put some of you off.
