MrBen Casino Review
MrBen has marched onto the UK casino scene with lots of gusto, but does he have what it takes to hit your top spot? This latest release certainly packs a punch with its plethora of games and stacks of bonuses to match. Daily rewards and a loyalty program? Yes please. Gambling is one of the Peaky Blinders’ favourite pastimes, and MrBen sure does look like a Shelby. Has he passed on his expertise, though? Stick with me Hawksters, as I give you the full lowdown on what’s really going on here in my MrBen review.

MrBen Casino Review
I always want to make things as easy as possible for you when it comes to choosing a new gambling destination. I also want to be transparent with how we rate casinos, which is why we’ve developed this 6-step process:
- I reviewed MrBen’s licensing, safety and trustworthiness
- I analysed the bonus terms and promos at MrBen
- I checked MrBen’s payment methods for smoothness and reliability
- I analysed MrBen’s game selection and usability
- I tested the MrBen customer support
- I judged the popularity of MrBen and checked real user testimonials
Licensing, Safety and Trustworthiness at MrBen
My first stop for this MrBen review was to check the gambling licensing on the UKGC registry. I found a clean license with account number 52894. There is also an MGA licence, which further strengthens the casino’s trustworthiness.
| ⚠️AGE RISK WARNING: |
| The minimum permitted age to gamble in the UK is 18, and this is determined by the UK Gambling Act 2005. This law covers all types of gambling in the UK, including online gambling, and the UKGC is the regulator for this. All licensed operators must verify players’ ages and refuse those who are under 18. If you are a minor, please do not gamble. |
Responsible Gaming at MrBen
I found it easy to get to the responsible gambling section thanks to a clear link at the footer of the page. This then opened up a wealth of helpful and supportive information. Which included lots of tools such as limits, a self-assessment and useful tips for staying in control. I also easily located my player history, which was downloadable for easy analysis.
| ⚠️ ADDICTION RISK WARNING ⚠️ |
My Rating of MrBen’s Trust & Safety
With such a prominent operator holding the reins, how did the casino fare when I put it to the real test?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
| Licences | 5/5 | There’s an active and clean UKGC licence. |
| Brand Credibility & Ownership Trust | 2/5 | MrBen was new at the time of my review, so it’s yet to establish any brand credibility. |
| Security Measures & Data Protection | 3/5 | TLS v1.2 is used to secure pages, and SSL encryption is in place for data security. Though the strength is not specified. There are clear GDPR policies though 2FA is not available. |
| Responsible Gambling Tools | 10/10 | MrBen has gone above and beyond the UKGC minimum requirements. They also use AI detection software to monitor accounts, and agents are specially trained to spot players who may need support. |
| MrBen looks out for players’ safety, though transparency on some protocols is required. |
| I would have awarded more points if the SSL had been specified. A few points were also lost as the casino is less than 12 months old. Still, this results in 20/25. |
MrBen’s Bonus Terms and Promos
Whenever I review any casino, my eyes are automatically drawn to the bonuses. Are you the same? At MrBen I was surprised to see such a well-stocked selection in my profile, as UK casinos can be quite stingy with rewards. Let’s check out the deals and see if they are as good as they look though.
| ⚠️BONUS RISK WARNING |
| The wagering requirements for the welcome offer are 40x your deposit and the bonus. You will need to complete these within 30 days to convert the bonus to real money. If you deposit the max amount, this means: £300 + £300 x40 = £24,000 wagering. Based on the average RTP of casino games, this means you could lose around £960 whilst trying to clear this bonus. The free spins are valid for 10 days, and winnings are capped at £50. The welcome bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, please check these before claiming. |
MrBen’s Welcome Bonus

With a deposit from £20 you can claim a hearty UK welcome offer which will give you a decent boost.
- 100% up to £300 bonus + 100 free spins and 500 loyalty points
Though the 40x wagering requirements on your bonus and deposit are too high IMO.
Free Spins Offers at MrBen
Along with the deposit match-up welcome bonus, the 100 free spins were added to my account in a chunk. I was pleased to see these were on Gonzo’s Quest. A decent game and not some obscure title that I hadn’t heard of. I wasn’t too happy to see the max win cap of fifty quid, though the 40x wagering only applies to the wins.
MrBen’s Free Spins for Existing Players

Now that I was no longer the new member on the block, I was pleased to see a bunch of free spins for my existing player status. Almost every day of the week I got to claim a ‘Spin Boost’, which consisted of bundles of up to 300 free spins. Once again the games for these were decent and included Starburst, Book of Dead and Big Bass Bonanza!

Does MrBen Offer a Loyalty Program?
Yes. With this you can get a £5 bonus for every 1,000 points that you collect. Points are achieved through wagers on certain games. The loyalty bonus is subject to 40x wagering requirements and there are no withdrawal caps. Please be sure to check the full terms and conditions on the MrBen site.
More MrBen Promotions and Tournaments
During my MrBen review I noticed two weekly reload bonuses offering matches up to £300 with a deposit from £20. There was also a Pragmatic Play Cash Drop tourney with a massive prize pool.

My Rating of MrBen’s Bonus Terms & Promotions
Is all that glitters, really gold? Time for me to give you the full T on the rewards!
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
| Bonus Terms and Conditions | 3/5 | Some of the individual terms don’t match the general promotional terms, which could lead to confusion. I found the bonus bet to be £5 which meets the standard amount, and the only restriction is £50 on free spin wins. |
| Wagering Requirements | 3/5 | The wagering requirements vary from 35x (reasonable) to 45x (too high) and can apply to the bonus or the bonus and your cash deposit. These double requirements are far too much. |
| Ongoing Promotions | 4/5 | I like that there is a loyalty program focusing on betting activity, though different games count differently towards this. There are plenty more regular deals which you can claim from £20, which isn’t too high. |
| MrBen’s rewards cupboard is piled high, but watch out for the wagering! |
| Always be sure to read the smallprint before you claim anything, and don’t be afraid to check with support for clarification. My testing results in a 10 out of 15. |
Payment Methods & Account Fairness at MrBen
I found a good selection of banking options which are suitable for UK players, with popular eWallets and bank transfers.
| Payment Method | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Withdrawal | Average Deposit Time | Average Withdrawal Pending Time |
| Visa | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Mastercard | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| PaySafeCard | £10 | N/A | Instant | N/A |
| Skrill | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Neteller | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Trustly | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Revolut | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Apple Pay | £10 | None | Instant | 24-48 hours |
| Bank transfer | £10 | None | A few minutes | 24-48 hours |
| ⚠️FINANCIAL RISK WARNING |
| It’s super important to always gamble for fun and not lose sight of the fact that there could be a risk to your money. Gambling should never be used to make a profit or financial investment. We know that most players will lose over time so it’s a good idea to set limits before you begin and stick to these. All casinos have a house edge over players, therefore we always advise you to gamble with money that you are happy to lose. |
4 Steps on How To Withdraw From MrBen
I tested a handful of methods for my MrBen review and can confirm that the process is simple enough. Just follow the on-screen instructions or my guide below:
- Log in to your profile
- Click ‘Withdrawal’
- Input the amount and the method should be pre-populated
- Check you are happy, then click ‘Confirm’
Other Important Information for Your Withdrawals
The minimum amount is £20 for all methods and there are no fees for withdrawing.
Documents and Information You’ll Need To Share With MrBen
Verification is required by all players for the first withdrawal. You’ll be asked for screenshots of:
- Your photo ID – passport, ID card or driving license
- Your proof of address: utility bill or bank statement
My Rating of MrBen’s Payment & Account Fairness
How smooth are the processes, and will you be treated fairly?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
| Minimum Withdrawal and Deposit | 3/5 | £10 to deposit and £20 to withdraw. |
| Accepted Payment Methods | 4/5 | There’s a great range, including Apple Pay and prepaid vouchers. Though Paypal is not available. |
| Account Rules and Player Rights | 3/5 | I located these easily and they are clear and mostly fair, but I don’t approve of the inactivity fee. |
| Withdrawal Speed and Processing Times | 4/5 | The pending time is 24-48 hours which is a little too long, though the process is straightforward. I also have to squeeze on an extra point here for the lack of max withdrawal limits. |
| Secure payments with a top variety of UK-friendly methods! |
| Points were deducted for the slowness of payouts though and the minimums could be a little less. This results in 14 out of 20, which isn’t too shoddy. |
MrBen’s Game Library & Usability
MrBen has a well-rounded portfolio of 3,500+ casino games for UK players.
| ⚠️CASINO GAMES WARNING |
| We don’t want to state the obvious, but always remember that the outcome of any of your wagers is a result of chance. And yes, any casino will always have a mathematical house edge, meaning that players do lose money over time. Gambling should only ever be done for fun, and it’s important not to view it as a way to make money. All games at a licensed casino are tested for fairness by 3rd party authorities. RTP and rules vary for different games, and bonus wagering contributions too. We recommend that you only ever play at sites which are licensed by credible regulators such as the UKGC, MGA etc). |
Exclusive Games
Sorry peeps, at the time of my MrBen review there weren’t any of these to tell you about.
2,800+ Slots for You To Play at MrBen

These are just divided between jackpots and Megaways, though you can search by title and developer. With so many slots on offer I think it would be helpful to have more filtering. I did like the little info toggle, though for each game. A quick click on these revealed RTP, volatility and a short spiel about the theme.
MrRun’s Live Dealer Tables

I found around 100 of these, which cover blackjack, Andar Bahar, craps, poker, baccarat, roulette and Sic Bo. The live casino is just the right size IMO, and once again the ‘i’ toggle reveals basic info. Though I’d have liked to have seen betting ranges included in this. For those high rollers among you, there’s a great range of VIP tables.
Game Shows You Can Play at MrBen
MrBen has done a sound job of providing all the best-loved game shows. Prominent titles here include Super Color Game, Cash or Crash and my fave, Dream Catcher.
Which Game Providers Will You Find at MrBen?
The lineup is huge and there are more than 100 software developers. I think this bolsters the lobby and injects some real variation and creativity. The main names include NetEnt, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Slingo and NoLimitCity.
My MrBen Mobile Experience
MrBen doesn’t have a specific mobile app but I didn’t find this a problem. I just logged on to the main mobile site, which is enabled to support any device and OS. I didn’t find much of a difference between browsers and all of the games are available to Brits on mobile too.
My Rating of MrBen’s Games Library & Usability
Ready to see the scores?
| What we checked | Score | Why this score? |
| Games Library and Navigation | 8/10 | MrBen may have masses of games but the filtering and categories need to be expanded to enable a smoother ride. |
| Software Providers and Game Integrity | 4/5 | I could not find any mention of third-party games testing for fairness, during my review. So I recommend players verify this info on the official MrBen site. |
| UX/UI Experience | ||
| Site Navigation & Design | 2/2.5 | The navigation was very smooth and the content was clear and easy to read. The theme is unique, but could be used further on the site to create a more immersive experience. |
| Mobile Experience | 2.5/2.5 | All fine for me. |
| You’ll be entertained at MrBen, but just a few tweaks are needed. |
| My scoring came in at 16.5 from a max of 20, which is still good. |
MrBen’s Customer Support
I first tested the live chat for my MrBen review and it was great to see that non-players can use it without hassle. You will be shown your position in the queue, then it’s plain sailing with a knowledgeable agent afterwards. My emails took up to 2 hours, though in busy times this may be longer.
| Contact: | Average Answer Time | |
| [email protected] | A couple of hours | |
| Live chat | 24/7 | Instant |
| X | @MrBen_Casino | Messaging not available |
| @mrben_casino_sportsbetting | Messaging not available | |
| MrBen Casino & Sportsbook | Up to 12 hours |
- Languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Finnish.
- Help Centre: Yup, there are FAQ’s but they are basic.
- Other resources: It has a good coverage on socials but accounts aren’t updated that often.
My Rating of MrBen’s Customer Support
So I’ve mentioned a few things already, but shall we see the final score?
| What I checked | Score | Why this score? |
| Opening an Account | 2/2 | Easy and quick, even on a mobile device. Don’t forget to verify your email address though. |
| Availability & Response Time | 1.5/2 | Live chat is lightning quick but emails could take a while. |
| Contact Options | 1.5/2 | Live chat, email and FB messenger are available, but no phone. |
| Clear Contact Options | 2/2 | Easy both on desktop and mobile with clear ‘Contact Us’ links. |
| Help Centre & Self-Service Options | 1/2 | This needs to be worked on to provide proper answers. Prospective players should not need to sign up to be able to check minimum payment amounts for example. |
| MrBen will greet you with friendly and helpful agents, though the self-service options need some work. |
| This brings a score of 8/10. |
Popularity & User Testimonials
I did a broad search for this review and MrBen came up with nothing, nada. All is quiet, even on TrustPilot, there were no testimonials. But the casino was still very new at the time of my research. The silence may mean a host of happy UK players who are still ‘testing’ things out for themselves, but only time will tell.
| MrBen is yet to establish itself with the player review community. |
| I’ve given a 5 out of 10 for this section, to be fair to the casino. As at present, there is nothing for me to base an opinion on. I will return and update the review if I locate any testimonials in the future. |
Mr Ben May Be a Classy Geezer, but Did He Deliver on His Promises?
The Thomas Shelby lookalike states that I’d find a trusted, exciting, innovative and responsible casino. Was he right? Yup, things are secure and responsible and I had fun with the games and rewards. But I’m not too sure about innovation. You will find a standard experience here, though the bonuses are more plentiful than most UK casinos. But you do have some heavy wagering to get through. Overall I still recommend MrBen. It’s safe and entertaining – just go in with open eyes, hawksters!
