On any spin, up to 13 positions on the reels can turn into a Fire Frame, splitting symbols that land inside. In addition, up to five reels can become Fire Reels, which split symbols that land inside it into three parts.
Dead Patients
You can trigger this feature whenever you land two Dead Patient symbols. It reveals Patient Symbols with a 5x, 10x, 15x, 30x, 50x, 100x, 200x, 500x, 1,000x, or 9,999x multiplier.
Enhancer Cells
Enhancer Cells appear at the bottom of the second, third, and fourth reels. They’re activated based on the number of Fire Frames that appear on the reels.

xHole Feature
To activate this resource, you must land an xHole symbol on the second position of the third reel when it’s a Fire Frame or a Fire Reel. Regular symbols and wilds are moved to random positions, and their payouts are multiplied by 2x, 4x, or 8x.
xMental Feature
You can trigger this feature by landing an xMental symbol inside a Fire Frame or Fire Reel. It gives players an extra spin with all reel positions containing Fire Frames, Cell Enhancers that reveal xWays, xNudge Wild, or xSplit symbols, and a change of triggering xHole.
Mental Transform
