Q: Tell us about Customer Service at Mr Green?
A: If Mr Green figure is the brand, then customer support is the face of the company in everyday life. We talk to tens of thousands of customers every month, and we measure the satisfaction index every day, every month, every quarter.
I've been working with a lot of customer service in my career, but I've never seen such a high customer satisfaction index ever. So we spend a lot of time and effort on this, we're open 24/7. For all the markets that we have the native speakers as customer service specialists. This is one of the most important departments at Mr Green.
